No mystery box?

i just purchased a bundle that was supposed to include a mystery box and I received everything else but the mystery box. Is there any way to get it? Thanks!

After posting this question I was quickly contacted by a King rep (see first reply) and after they found my purchase info, they awarded me the missing items from the mystery box. Maybe you could give it a try? Hope this helps!
