Playing level 264. Successfully completed the level . But my phone got locked and when I open the app again , it still displays the same level (264) instead of level 265.
I have got this issue two times ...

Hi Aryasree!
Which model of mobile phone do you have?
Please also tell which OS version you are using.
Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.
It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing Candy Crush to see if it solves the issue.
