After winning coconut wheel, how do I see it to use it?

Earned or won coconut wheels are not offered as option to check at beginning of game or at top left within game. How do I access them to use them?

Which level are you currently at in Candy Crush?

The Coconut booster is only available for some of the levels so I believe you might have to progress in the game until you reach a level where you can use it.
