How to get candy crush players listed when requesting lives

I play on Windows 10 app and I used to have a lot of saved lives, I would accept them as needed. Now when I request lives I cannot get a list of players that play the game, I only get other friends that don't. I cannot figure out hot to fix this. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Have you checked for any recent updates for the game app (and FB app if you have it installed)?

I have this exact problem. Only on the PC windows 10 app. I can send lives to friends but never have any mail. When trying to ask friends for lives, there is a very small list of facebook friends that don't play. There is never a choice for friends that do play. I don't have this issue with the Soda app, nor is this an issue when I play from Facebook or phone app. ONLY the Windows 10 which I would love to play more on because it's big and beautiful. I have asked King Care a few times and get no resolution. Playing from King made me start over. Why can't this be fixed?Have you checked for any recent updates for the game app (and FB app if you have it installed)?
