CC saga keeps crashing or won't load at all on iPad mini

iPad mini is on iOS 9.3.5 I have tried restart and reset. Even deleted the app but still having problems, been like this about 3 months. Very frustrating. I play logged into Facebook. Very occasionally it will load but then crashes part way through the game, on level 1811 and used to enjoy playing but not anymore. Please help

Which version of the iPad Mini do you have?

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.

It can also be that you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing Candy Crush to see if it solves the issue.

Thanks Combo for your response. It is 1st gen mini bought new in 2012. Some days I can play but not always very inconsistent.
