Purchase Not Credited

I purchased 100 gold bars yesterday for 9.99. My bank was debited but I didn't receive the purchase? Also when I try to make the same purchase for 9.99 it takes me back to the win moves spinning wheel. I just tried making a 99 cent purchase and it went through with no problem?
