Got New Phone - Lost everything

I had to purchase a new phone. When the Candy Crush Saga app was transferred, I lost everything; all purchases, all boosters, all levels. I was in the 1100 range and I've spent a boatload of money on this game. I don't understand why the game didn't transfer over correctly and leave everything in tact - this is a major flaw..... I need a solution or else I quit! I hope I receive a solution and that I receive it quickly. I'm very disappointed.
