In app purchase not loading

I purchased gold bar pack  several days ago in candy crush saga level 1586 through the App Store in iPhone - it still has not loaded and when I try to purchase more to complete a level each time it says after I sign in to buy begin downloading for free from previous etc however it then just sits their spinning I have tried everything and there are no updates available for the game
