Hi, everytime I go to play candy crush or candy crush soda on my ipad 2 either the screen goes black

Hi, everytime I go to play candy crush or candy crush soda on my ipad 2 either the screen goes black or half way thru the game it disappears, never had this problem before, I have updated all the apps and also my ipad is updated, is there a way this can be fixed without loosing the levels I am on, playing on my PC works fine

Do you have much free memory left on your iPad? If you connect your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved on server and be retrieved when reconnecting to that account in the game. If you want to double check where you have been saved at, just open your game on PC and see where you are in the saga, if it's the same as on your tablet then it's safe to reinstall without losing progress. The only thing to keep in mind is that you will lose any boosters and banked messages as those don't sync and only get stored locally.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
