When I try to start the game, if the online connection is up, the app crash down after I installed IOS 10.0.2 on my Iphone 6. What is happening?

Sounds like something has happened to the game during the OS upgrade.
If you already had the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom then all your progress, highscores and gold bars are saved online. Just make sure to save your boosters. This can be done if you do a backup of your mobile data - for instance iCloud.
Next step is to un-install the app, reboot your iPhone and you can now download the app and install it again.
5) After the game has been installed you should now be able to start it normally.
6) Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook (blue button) or Kingdom (orange button) in order to retrieve your game progress, highscores and gold bars. For the boosters you'll need to do a restore process in order to recreate them.

It's been more than 20 days, but my problem hasn't been resolved yet. I'm still not receiving ad boosters. Even after two recent updates, I'm still not getting the ad boosters.
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
As i can read here and also on other platforms, ads like Temu, Zeekr ,..even a Grey screen pops up every now and than …are horrible.
