Candy Crush Saga NOT loading on FB!

For a week or so now I've been having trouble playing CCS on FB because it refuses to load properly (sometimes I have to wait a few hours for it to load...sometimes, like today, it didn't load at all). No, it's not an engine problem because my friend logged on her account from my computer and could open and play CCS without any problems.

Is there a problem with the upper levels (I'm on level 1817) or what? It's getting pretty frustrating and I'm about to call it quits on this one. (Yes I downloaded the app but I want to play on FB because I sometime use multiple computers)

Could use any help I can get...Thanks!

Hi Cristina- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you are experiencing some troubles loading your game. We do not have reports of a problem on our side so although your friend is able to log in, please could you try our troubleshooting steps here first?
