I finally hit the jackpot today and it didn't give me anything! Such a let down. Is there anything I can do other than spin for a few more years?
Winning is a little confusing and it was not as thrilling as I thought it would be. There was no usual pop up after I claimed to tell me what I won. After looking through my past levels to see what I won I think I won 3 of all the usual items you can win at the wheel. No gold bars, which I thought was a bummer....I mean it IS called a jackpot! And no fireworks! King, please improve this experience for other winners. TY

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
