Can not purchase more bars on Candy Crush!

I have been trying to purchase more bars on Candy Crush but keep getting an error message.  Checked with PayPal and they say it's not them sending the error message.  Now what?

Can you post up a screenshot of the error message. Is it something that appears in the game or is it a Facebook pop-up etc. If we can see this maybe we can help.
