I went to bed last night with about 141 Gold Bars only to wake to see 64. How is this even possible? How go I retrieve my Gold Bars back?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
