Upon repair of my tablet, the app was deleted and i lost my 1600+ progress :'(

Hello team! My samsung tablet was reset by the samsung factory while on repair.. the synchronization with my facebook  account still doesnt bring back my progress  of 1600+ level. Thus i'vé lost 3 and half year of extreme work! ^^

Please help me to solve this problem, i cant start again at the bottom, thanks for your help!!!
