Candy crush sync failed and took me back to an old level.

I updated my fb app and tried to save my candy crush progress

I was on level 990. After logging in, all my progress was wiped out, and I am now back to level 71.

Over 2 years of progress wiped out. 

Please help!!!!

This is my second ticket and none of them are responding.
