Sync back to previous facebook account

My wife has been playing for a few years (now at level 408) and as she didn't have a facebook account, she linked to mine to allow her to play across her iPhone and our shared iPad. She has recently opened her own Facebook account and has somehow linked the game on her phone to her FB account which put her back to the start of the game on her iPhone. 

She stilll has the game linked to my FB account on our iPad. Is it possible to relink the game on her phone to my FB account?

 I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.
