Candy Crush Soda stuck on "waiting"

Yesterday I updated my iPhone to the iOS update 10.2. Upon doing so my Candy Crush Soda and regular Candy Crush are showing on my screen as waiting and icon is grey like. I've tried to delete them to reinstall but it won't actually delete. When I go thru settings, usage those two do not show up on my apps. So they must have deleted. But I can't get them to reinstall in the App Store. I click the circle with square and it just fades to lighter and does nothing. I've restarted, hard reset etc. I was on soda saga level 980 something. I do not want to have to start over. Every other app is fine. I have tried resetting my wifi, using my phone data vs wifi, only nothing works....What do I do next?
