Game Freezes at 69%

Why is the game Candy Crush constantly freezing at 69% on the load?  Flash Player, etc is up to date on my pc.

This did not solve my query. I tried different browsers, checked that Flash was latest installed and tried different browsers before asking my question. It freezes at 69% on the load. It is obviously an issue with the game as looking through the forums other people also have this problem..
