Big difference betwin levels

Hello, i was off on Candy Crush for a long time, because i can`t pass one level ( around 9xx). I start play again candy crush, but now my level is 350, i can`t pass that level ( even if i make it ), and my position from my phone ( lvl 350 ) don`t update on my PC. Many thanks in advance and hope i can go back to my previous level !

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. If on PC your progress appears to be at level 350 then it means your game on mobile was not syncing since that point. When you say you were off Candy Crush for a while, does that mean you reinstalled it recently or did you never uninstall it?

Hello there StuckInATree, I was playing from bouth sources, phone and pc, donno maybe 2 years ago. From my phone i reinstalled the game, but from my pc never, i just stop playing cuz of that imposiblle pass level. So the issue with the syncing, I think it`s a little "hard to belive", but not impossible .Now, on my phone i play connected with facebook and I pass lvl 350 and have all 3 pass tickets received (but can`t acces further) and on my pc on lvl 345...Hope that u understand me ... and can help in this problems.Tyvm !
