Phone and Facebook not on same level-Candy Crush Saga

I had to UN-INSTALL Candy Crush Saga from my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone because it was constantly crashing, and stopping as soon as it loaded and going back to the main screen as if I had never launched it. It was very unstable. I did the other help suggestions and none of them worked. The help said that as long as I had Candy Crush in Facebook, that I would NOT lose the level I was at on my phone. I am at level 688 in Facebook, but when I re-installed the app on my phone, it has taken me to level 1 with no option to go anywhere else. I spoke to some support person with Google play on the phone but they said I must contact you. Can you help me??  Can I get my level back on my phone?? And if so, how do I do it??

As long as you actively connect your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, progress is saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again (from any device), the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. A good way to double check is to load the game directly in your Facebook as you'll see the level at which it has synced to. If you see your progress there then it's safe and it'll be a case of checking your connection to Facebook in the game app.
