Cannot connect/ sync with Facebook

I am unable to connect & sync with Facebook.

The fb pop up partially loads before disappearing and I get the "sorry, you don't have access to the kingdom right now" message.

I play on mobile and do not have the Facebook app.This has been going on a week and was not fixed with the latest update as I had hoped.

I've made significant progress since my last successful sync so I urgently want to sync & not lose this progress.

    Also, tonight the game moved me one one level and all my boosters have now gone.Clearly my game is bugged. How do I delete & re install safely without losing the progress I have made since last Facebook Sync?
