Treasure chest is not rewarding even though it says I have 39 hours left.

I have had several treasure chests fail to go off even though the clock says they have not timed out.

If that's happening, disconnect your game from Facebook, force close the app, reopen it and reconnect to your account. That's what I did when the chest was not opening, the chest should open and allow you to move on.
