We logged out of candy crush level 1650 on old LG phone and installed on new Samsung , but on logging in game went back to level one. Can anybody please help . Really upset for my wife .
As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
