Why is level 1910 different from what it was in August?

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to pass this level. I went to youtube to see if there were any hints I could use. The videos on youtube show more time pieces dropping down from the top right, but when I play, the only time pieces are on the bottom left. Once those are gone, I don't get any other chances to add time. Why is mine different??

Changes can be made to levels, it's happened before and also been confirmed by mods: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/level-2035-is-impossible-or-only-good-luck
The timed candies not dropping seems to be a current bug, I don't think it's supposed to be an implemented change.
