As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom before, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. No, this has not helped. I loaded directly from Facebook, but it still takes me to level 1. Never had this problem before, and have often moved between iPad and iPhone, quite seamlessly. I *should* be on level 578!
