Home screen or it won't load at all. I have a galaxy s3, plenty of space. I've cleared all data, uninstalled/reinstalled and it still doesn't work. That also made me lose all of my boosters.

    Mine too...been doing it for weeks or it will let me play one life and then kicks me out.  I have a Samsung galaxy 3

    Hello all,

    Just to let you know that after investigation by our Technical Team we have found that your device (the Samsung S3) may no longer be fully compatible with our games.

    With improvements to graphics, sound and the addition of new features in our games, some older devices may not be able to handle the implemented changes. 

    Performance may vary and crashing issues may disrupt the enjoyment of the game. 

    Some players have reported that following the steps provided here have improved their playing experience:

    Loading/Crashing issues: Android - Questions - King Care

    Whilst we do endeavour to have as many devices as possible compatible with our games, we do want our games to be the best and this means making improvements.

    Until you are able to perhaps fully enjoy the games on a newer model you are always able to play most of our Saga games on Facebook or at www.king.com on a computer.

    Alot!!!  I have an S3.  I'm not buying a new phone.  This is wrong and I don't own a computer!

    I've noticed if I do not connect to Facebook it plays... It has something to do with connecting.

    I can play as long as I do not connect to Facebook. It's something to do with the connection to Facebook

    I'm not connected to FB and it's not letting me.   It won't even let me connect to FB now.

    My problem is I feel they don't care. Their answer, play on another device or buy a new phone. What??! Unacceptable
