Help with loss of items

I put in my password to purchase more coins to complete the last level of level 5 on this weekends bonus complete all 5 levels with one life, then it says item has not yet been purchased, your account was not charged then I tried agaain and it said this in app ipurchase has already been bought it will be restored for free it continues this cycle 3x then the next time it is just spinning on the buy button then it shows the orange king screen for a second and goes back to the screen where the buy coins is spinning! I was on level 5 to win all the different prizes and I had already used 3 hammers, 4 color bombs, 3 spins, 3 pink coconut wheels, and a striped and wrapped candy bomb and it's stayed spinning for 10 minutes then goes back to king orange logo screen and starts all over. Please give me my items back. I need the $4.99 refunded or the 50 coins added and all my previous bought and earned items that I lost over this glitch which I listed it would also be good to get the credit for the levels because I played them all weekend and I only needed the one move to finish since I had already used spins it was more than the 10 and I needed 50. I had notified you immediately on your website and received an email to post here about the issue, which they noted it was Ticket-Id:3573867 in the email. I also have screenshots.
