Candy crush saga - lost my progress, lives and boosters

I updated candy crush on my iPhone on 10/19/2016. I turned it on yesterday, 10/20, and discovered I was on level 1, instead of 313, with no saved lives (I had 35) or boosters. On my iPad (not updated, and I won't until this is straightened out) and computer I'm still on level 313, but have lost saved lives and boosters. Please restore me to where I should be!

    Hello,

    It sounds like your game has lost it's connection to Facebook/Kingdom which is why your progress does not show right now.

    If you were connected to Facebook then please follow the steps in the video below:

    https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios

    If you were connected to the Kingdom then please open up the app and tap on the setting icon (bottom left) and then tap the orange icon and reconnect to your profile.

    If these steps do not work for you then please let me know.

    I had checked to make sure I was connected before I wrote to you, and it showed that I was. Just now I checked the app again, went through the connection process again, and found my progress restored, and my lives are back, without the names of people who gave them but they are there!. Thank you for your help!
