i have 3 games saga, soda & jelly, for 2 months they will not load, I have uninstalled & installed, nothing can you help.

If you use the search function you will see there a lot of existing threads with troubleshooting tips for all devices. If you say what device you have (android/ios etc) then you should be able to find what you are looking for. For example:
