When I log into my candy crush app , my old Facebook account appears ,I have tried to delete the Candy Crush app and reinstall a new app ,but it still reverts back to my old Facebook account , if I don't get a solution to this problem , I will have to give up !! ,it is a pity as I was progressing well ! This is the first time I have had a problem with this app, if anyone can help that would be great ,thank you in advance !
Hi Maureen- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you are having some Facebook connectivity problems.
Please try these troubleshooting steps:
-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
