How can I sync candy crush and my iphone?

I have been playing on my Iphone for 2 years. A couple of weeks back the app froze and I couldnt open so I removed it and installed back. Since then I can't connect with my facebook account so I have gone back to level 1... It still works with facebook on my laptop... I have removed both facebook and candy crush twice to reisntall to see if it made any difference but it didnt

so i should be doing all this without the facebook app on my phone?

I tried both ways. Unfortunately opening facebook on the browser isn't working. However my app is on again. But I can't connect with candy crush

Hi Ishwari- Welcome to the King Care community. 

It appears that some players are having some problems viewing their progress. If you are playing on an iOS device, please could you try these steps?

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
