Cannot play Candy Crush Saga on my Galaxy 3. It keeps crashing. Is it my phone or your software?

Cannot play CCS on my Galaxy S3. When loading game it goes to the orange screen and then backs out of the game. Try to reload and it does the same thing. Could it be my phone or your software. I've cleared the cache on my phone and the game partially loads and then it kicks me out.
