Every time I have won a special event lately I haven't received any striped or wrapped candies.

I have won the trick or treat special event many times and I have only received the chocolate candies. I haven't received the striped or wrapped candies over 10 times of winning the special events. And every time I try to report the problem from the game it won't let me submit my issue. I'm getting so frustrated that I am going to stop playing.. And I have been playing this game for a very long time

Which event are you playing? You're still winning boosters so it's not such a bad thing, or were you promised one type of booster in the event?
