why am I not receiving my rewards?

I am at level 652 and was playing the spooked ride, completed all levels but I did not receive my rewards.

I spend a lot of money to play additional levels and I missed out on rewards yesterday and today.  I'm very frustrated with the game.

I quit playing this for a while and unless I get either my money back or my rewards I will quit for good.

I'm going to also contact Google too.
