I've heard nothing. Is this being dealt with? I've spent a fortune over the years!

I logged into Facebook and was sent right back to the start! Don't know the level but it was 1000 & something. If you check my account the last purchase I made was to complete the level and I'd moved to the next.

I drop from level 2053 to 2033. Have photo of it. Pleeease help me. it says I use another e-mail also. And I never had used that email for cc saga. All my boosters are over in that e-mail I never used. Have photo of that also. .. please help!!
