Lost all my boosters

I am on level 1262 on Candy Crush Saga and having spend A LOT of money and taken time to get as many boosters as I can for when I need them for hard levels.  I have lost literally HUNDREDS of boosters.  If this problem isn't fixed then I have feel I have been conned out of my money for zero return.  This must be illegal.  King Care please answer.  PS I am not a young player - well over 55, but with the money you seek!!!!
