I have a shared candy crush mobile app that wont sync lives to correct facebook acct when logging in

We share the cc mobile app but if I have played cc and log out (I sign in under Facebook) when someone else logs into their acct the lives are left at the # of lives from the last account that was used. I don't have Facebook app and I've already uninstalled/installed (which made me lose all my boosters) I've cleared cache...What now?
