Synchronization problem for candy crush

For 2 months, my progress on my mobile is not synchronized anymore with my FB account (level 1892 on my Androi mobile, level 1862 on FB).

As my mobile totally crashed yesterday, I can recover only from level 1862.

1- Any idea of the reason why synchro works only from FB to mobile and not the other way?

2- Can you please help me restart from level 1892?
