I need help with my friends list

My friend list disappeared, I've tried deleting the app and that doesn't work. I can't figure this out and I can't send lives or messages and I can't receive any lives or messages. I just want to play the game with my friends. Can you help me get the list back. The emails aren't helping I've been trying all day. I just keep getting a number but no where to type that number in
