Purchase not received

I recently purchased two 50 bars bundle packages and I only received the 50 bars and no free 6hours of play.. I am getting charged twice for the package and not receiving. Now I have to wait time to play when I spent my money to play. Also I've been on a level where it says collect ingredients and earn 30000 points.. and when the fruit gets to the bottom it's not counted.
