Facebook wont sync with account

I have a king account and was on level 200 something but when I synched it with my new FB account, it puts me back to level 1. I've tried all the suggestions listed here but am still not able to get them to coordinate. i already started over once before and am not interested in doing it again. Please help.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
