Cannot coonect to facebool, lost all my levels.

After about 12 months of trying I canmot connect Candy Crush to facebook. So I uninstalled, and reinstalled as suggested, through my facebook. Now I have lost all my levels and back to zero. When I try to connect to FB, I get a message "it took too long to connect to facebook".  For at least two years I had no trouble connecting. I cannot even contact the stoore to buy. I also get a message similar to " we are adding new candy, please dont uninstall". So I am aboutbto give up.
