My candy crush keeps shutting off

I am currently on level 1965, I have saved 184 lives and an arsenal of bombs etc. But in the last couple of weeks every time I have gone to play the screen turns blank!! Please please can someone help as I do not want to uninstall this as I have spent a lot of time and money playing and do not want too lose anything. There must be a issue within the game as I have noticed lots of people having the same problem..... Please can someone help.
