What's going on. I can't get Candy Crush Saga to load on my mobile devices.

So even if I do get past the loading point it crashes as soon as I attempt to make a purchase.  Then by some wild luck I made a purchase last evening after about 20 tries BUT NEVER received my gold bars yet my account was charged!!
