Lost all my progress in CC after connecting to FB

The app on my phone was never connected with Facebook or Kingdom before. Today, after I have logged into Facebook, all my progress was gone. (I was on a level 657 and now I'm on 1). There were no warnings to alert me that connecting to FB will wipe out all my local progress. Please kindly advise me, if there are any ways in which I could restore my progress.
