Candy crush saga crushing

since the latest update the game is just crushing. I play in iPhone 4s and iPad and I never had problems with the game until the latest update. I tried to erase and download the game, turn off my mobile but nothing is working. And it's not connecting to Facebook. I am on 1895 level ( one less one more) and it's frustrating to not be able to go on. I wrote two mails to the custom care but I got no answer. Thank you.

If it is permitted (which I assume it must be) I can share the ipa file for version 1.80.1 (up to level 1970) which will work on your iPad 2. Maybe someone from King can confirm that there's no personal information contained in the file. The procedure is simple, you delete the app from your iPad and from iTunes on your computer. You then copy the ipa file to the appropriate iTunes folder on your computer then you sync your iPad to the computer and copy the file to the iPad. I BELIEVE that should work. Since it's a free app, I don't think the file is tied to a specific device.

Which model of iPad do you have?

The iPhone 4S are not on the compatible list in the previous link: https://care.king.com/en/blossom-blast-saga/android-ios-recommended-devices so that one will have to be upgraded if you want to play Candy Crush on your mobile phone.

Oh..that's too bad... But my devices are not so OLD. In that case are u suggesting that we might change or BUY newer devices so we can play again candy crush? All games are working perfectly in MY devices. Like I said, only candy crush after the latest update is not working like it should.

Some of the older phones and tablets can't run the game so this might be your issue.
