I was awarded 50 gold bars and then they disappeared moments later?! has anybody else had this issue?

Yep, my other account, not on FB, (level 3000+ ), has not awarded gold bars for some time.πΆ Now, this FB acc.level 1000+ doesn't warded gold bars... π₯ Over & over, over 50 bars... SOS. π No help....ever. π
Boosters yes but never had an issue with gold bars personally. What did you do to get awarded the 50 gold bars?
