Candy crush crashing, lost all boosters

Candy Crush keeps crashing. I have done everything that you have suggested. It used to crash every couple of days, now crashes everytime I get into it and then, last time I was actual able to get into it, i noticed all my boosters are gone, every single one of them. What is going on this happens on my phone and on my iPad.  my iPad is not old and my phone is only a year-and-a-half old. More than enough storage on both of them and I have started them over and turn them off turn it back on right before I'm playing it does nothing to help

Please check if you have other apps running that interferes with the game. Try a simple reboot right before playing the game to see if it solves the issue.

If the problem persists then you might have to do a factory reset of your tablet. Don't forget to do a backup of all your content as a factory reset will wipe all data on your device.

Once your mobile device has been reset I suggest you only install the game first. After checking everything is OK you can the proceed to install the remaining apps.

The same thing is happening to me. The app crashes on my iPad almost every time I launch it. I have tried rebooting several times to no avail. This morning the ultimate insult occurred. When I was finally able to start a game... ALL MY BOOSTERS WERE GONE!!! I had around A HUNDRED of each and probably 50 switches and hammers! I find it absolutely ridiculous and insulting that your only recommendation is to reset my mobile device. As if Candy Crush is the only thing on it. The time and effort it would take to reload all the apps and data is outrageous when, what really needs to happen is YOU FIX YOUR PROGRAM! Apparently, what's gone is gone, and as far as I am concerned, so is your app.
