Where are my power-ups

I bought a new phone and when I signed in to Candy Crush through Facebook like I always do I had lost all of my power-ups. I had 15 color bombs, 3 striped and wrapped candies, 13 fish, 16 coconut wheels and 3 lollipops in game. I enjoy the game but it takes me a long time to re build my power-ups after I use them. Please fix it or I will uninstall

Boosters and messages don't transfer as they don't get synced along with progress and gold bars. They stay on the device they were received on so if you still have your old phone handy you'll be able to use them. The only way you can get boosters transferred to a new device is if they were purchased.
